Meditation 365 Challenge – Day 8 of my challenge to meditate every day for a whole year and write / blog about my experience

I like to let my intuition run wild.

It helps met to pick the crystal it feels I need to meditate with that day.

Sometimes my hands instinctively hover over a familiar one. Other times they grab a crystal that’s been a little over looked.

Today my intuition – higher self, inner voice – whatever you call it – was spot on. She guided me to Stilbite, a most stunning, mesmerising crystal.

My friend Krissy, a highly intuitive Light Worker had gifted me this piece and I felt very lucky to have it.

Stilbite comes in cluster form and works by guiding you to your next life stage. Manifesting dreams into reality.

When I first held Stilbite all those years ago, It felt like my whole body was free falling to the bottom of a lift shaft.

It wasn’t scary at all though.

When the energy rush stopped, I had a sensation of lying on the floor which was made of glass.

I knew exactly what this experience meant.

Struggling at that time to connect deep into my Soul. I had got so far but knew there was more to do.

Once I accepted this and surrendered with the help of Stilbites power, I broke through this glass barrier. Truly embedding deep into my Soul and my Higher Self.

I was then able to move on with my career and life to the next level.

Following my Souls path.

No wonder my intuition grabbed at this beauty this morning. I definitely feel that I’m about to break through another barrier in both my career and life.

Let’s bring that on, I’m ready!

My meditation didn’t disappoint.

I felt the Stilbite pour through my body and pierce out of me through my Root Chakra and feet. Firmly embedding me into my Soul once more like brilliant, vibrant spokes on a wheel.

When you’re fully plugged in you get to live your life authentically as this connection also acts as a magnificent drain and let go!
