What you will need:

A comfortable place to lie down

A blanket and a pillow

Pen and paper if you wish to jot down your experience

Crystals will help tremendously but are not essential. I have created a companion crystal pack to allow you to get the most benefit of this Healing Ceremony

A crystal elixir to drink after, again details of which one and how to make will be emailed out

A candle to invoke the light

Optional kit to make the Yule Log which includes a small log, branch or twig, botanicals of your choice, piece of paper plus some string
