Sentient Being

Well I am just loving my meditation habit, and yes I feel that I’ve now formed a daily habit. I am now really reaping the benefits of meditation.

My mind and body seem to draw and pull themselves to the memories of how I felt during and after my meditation.

They are incentivising me to remind myself how good this is for me. I can remember just how much comfort my body and especially my mind are feeling from this.

Another benefit from me is a heightened sense for detail and wonder in the small, seemingly insignificant things of every day life.

A truly sentient being.

For example, I’m in awe and deep gratitude for so many wonderful experiences right now. For instance, my vision has been widened and I can tell you the view is amazing.

I definitely put this down to my meditations. I honestly feel that I’ve cleared so much excess, allowing me to now see the total and bigger picture.

My energy feels vibrant and very aware. Sucking up new mesmerising experiences as I go. Whilst the dark heavy stuff just isn’t on my radar anymore.

And the buzz that I’m getting from my daily meditation is just outstanding.

Making me feel alive, full of colour and multi dimensional.
