We want to make your shopping experience “hassle free” and “safe”. Our site is specifically designed to make this process as straightforward as possible. However, you need to know a little more about the buying process, our terms and conditions of sale and your rights when buying from us.

The following will hopefully answer any questions you may have as well as laying out our terms and conditions of sale.

By placing an order with Vikki Gadd Crystals you agree to our terms and conditions and will be shown a link to this page when you check out your order. You will also be required to give your consent to the use of your personal details during the checkout process. This is a legal requirement and an order cannot be processed without this consent. Payment Options

We accept payments through PayPal and you do not need a PayPal account for this.

We also accept payments via credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.

We are also happy to accept cheques drawn on a UK bank, although in this case goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared our account. If paying by cheque, full payment instructions will be sent to you by email on completion of the checkout process.

We accept orders from the UK and overseas. However, for overseas buyers payment must be made via PayPal. You do not have to be a PayPal account holder to make debit or credit card payments.

Credit Card Security

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Vikki Gadd Crystals does not store your credit or debit card information on this website at any time.

Delivery Charges

All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any UK taxes. Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be added to your invoice on completion of your order.

Delivery costs are clearly shown when you view the shopping cart, along with the country to which your order will be shipped. The default destination country is the United Kingdom. If this is not correct, please select your country from the dropdown box and the revised costs will be displayed.

Dispatch and Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days upon receipt of cleared payment, Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). If payment is made by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

If for any reason there is a delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

All items shown on this website are “in stock” unless otherwise indicated.

Packages are dispatched within the UK via Royal Mail and internationally via Royal Mail International services. Orders over certain weights may be sent via Parcelforce and may require a signature on delivery.

Confirmation of Order

On checkout you will receive an email confirming your purchase together with information regarding payment and delivery. If you do not receive this email within 12 hours, please contact us.

Damaged Goods

Goods damaged or found faulty in transit will be replaced where possible or alternatively a full refund will be issued. Please notify us as soon as possible.

Complaints

If you have any complaints, please contact us by email with details and how you would like the issue resolved. We will act as quickly as possible to resolve any problem.

Measurements

All measurements given on this website are approximate, although we aim to describe our products as accurately as possible.

Our Right to Cancel

Although extremely unlikely, Vikki Gadd Crystals reserves the right to cancel any order within 48 hours of placement. Notification will be given by email and a full refund (including postage) will be issued.
