Returns
We want you to love our service. Every time you use our site we want to make sure you have an experience that will make you want to return time and time again.
If you have a problem with your order, or have simply just changed your mind, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
We will need to know your order number, reason for return, and if you would like a refund or replacement.
Once the product has been returned to us, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the product ( shipping costs are not refunded).
Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best)
We would advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray.
Please note that we are unable to accept any opened essential oils due to hygiene reasons.
Faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods will be fully refunded as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the recommendations or reasonable wear and tear.
