Show and tell
The heart chakra is located in the very centre of your chest and is responsible for all of that wonderful love, compassion and light that emanates from us.
It can however be a tricky beast once we experience pain or hurt, for it’s really good at creating barriers, armour even, to try and protect us from further pain.
This will have the desired effect you wish, but with that you are also blocking yourself from any other truly wonderful love experiences through fear of being hurt again which is such a shame.
For everything we are, every thing we do and feel is LOVE.
Why experience life and love through a filter of fear when you can love truly, deeply and wonderfully if you just surrender, let go of pain and allow love in…
Hence this meditation I wrote and recorded for you all, it will take you on a journey of exposure to energy and light, connection deep into your soul which will then in turn give you the courage to let down your barriers, release your demons and open up to true unconditional love.
Crystals
For all matters of the heart Rose quartz is the crystal to reach for and I would recommend religiously for you to hold this beauty BUT I want to introduce Water Melon tourmaline.
What a stunner this is!
Even the name sounds delicious. Watermelon tourmaline is a tiny yet mighty crystal, it is like Rose Quartz on steroids.
So much high vibrational love and energy buzzes out from this magnificent crystal, and just when you can’t take any more, if you pair it up with Selenite which is the highest vibrational crystal going then you get an almighty dose of love coming your way. Enough to blast away the toughest of armour!
