Kundalini Yoga Health & Safety
By booking / attending / taking part in this live or recorded Kundalini Yoga class, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and take responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during the practice.
Kundalini Yoga involves physical movement, breathwork, meditation and relaxation. Please practise within your own limits and never force or strain your body. If anything feels uncomfortable, stop immediately and rest.
If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, epilepsy, recent surgery, a serious injury, or any medical or mental health condition that may affect your ability to participate safely, please seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional before taking part. If in doubt, please contact me before booking.
The information shared during these sessions is provided for educational and wellbeing purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or replace medical advice or professional healthcare.
As these classes are delivered online, I am unable to provide individual or personal modifications for postures and physical adjustments or continuously monitor every participant. By participating, you accept responsibility for ensuring you have sufficient space to practise safely and that your practice is appropriate for your own abilities.
Classes are taught by Vikki Gadd, a KRI-trained Kundalini Yoga teacher and fully insured instructor.
