In desperate need of …
As you may remember, I shared with you my now caffeine free body, of which I’m very proud, but today I’ve come unstuck.
Waking up feeling quite tired and in need of energy from somewhere. Still not reaching out for that cup of Yorkshire but definitely struggling.
So I found myself rooting around my “natural first aid cupboard”.
It’s filled with organic wonders of the Earth designed to subtlety give me just what I need, without any nasty side effects.
So Maca root powder was just what my internal doctor ordered. Filled with all sorts of goodies, including protein, iron, energy and more.
Whisked into some yummy nut milk with a dash of Maple Syrup and I had me a fabulous Maca Latte!! Now floating on a wholesome buzz, I went to my meditation cushion.
I still wanted more of a rush to help me through my busy day.
As a result, I reached out for my double terminated (which means points on both ends) Masterful Clear Quartz.
I have two of these beauties so I held them in my hands and let the excitement begin.
During the meditation I could literally feel energy travelling from one crystal to the other in an arc of electrifying amazement. Surrounding me with power and light.
My clear Quartz crystals are so clear they look like glass, which means they have no inclusions what-so ever. Nothing that may have got caught up in the crystal as it was growing in the Earth.
Inclusions create a diversion for the energy as it travels through the crystal, almost like a buffer or sieve. Meaning the energy becomes diffused, gentler.
When they’re clear as can be, nothing calms the energy at all, it’s just amplified. Resulting in a massive blast of power rushing right through you!
Feeling full of natural goodness I took out my dogs for a refreshing meander in the freezing snow and ice, it was so stunningly beautiful outside today.
And of course, I took my crystals along for the ride too 😉
