Meditation 365 Challenge – day 34 of my challenge to meditate every day for a whole year and write / blog about my experiences
Day 34
I found myself a personal pocket of calm today. 🌳🍃🌞 A beautiful, quiet walk with dogs along the canal in Bollington.
Even the dogs seemed to enjoy the space and stillness. I could even hear the birds enjoying the warmth of the winter sun amongst clattering of paws on cobble stones 🐾🐾🐾
🌿
Quiet and calm really seem to be jumping out at me at the moment if that’s not a paradox in itself 😂
🌿
It must be because I’m craving them due to the complete opposite in our home.
I did however sit and meditate this morning. It was so grounding and peaceful even though our floor feels like a sandpit. And both of my dogs hovered over me, watching every move.
🌿
My aim just for now is to remain as grounded. As connected to my authentic self and calm as I can be during this build.
This won’t actually change what’s happening all around me however. From my prospective, being in a very stable, safe place will allow a lot of this to wash over me. Enabling me to keep looking up, noticing the small moments of peace and joy all around me and knowing that this will all be worth it 💕 #dogsofinstagram #cockerspaniel #bollington
