Day 36

ANXIETY! 😞😞😞

This dreaded energy suppressant is lurking around our house at the moment. Like a nasty game of pass the parcel, jumping from one to the other.

Thankfully I seem to be dodging this bullet. I’m solely putting that down to my meditation habit each morning. Allowing me to off load and ground each day. Keeping me as stable and clear as possible so I can then help my family with this.

The most helpful crystals for anxiety are:

* Citrine – brings in energy and light

  • Calcite – unlocks trapped emotions 
  • Amethyst- calms & clears thoughts

* Rose Quartz – soothes and fills you with love

* Hematite – grounds and makes you feel safe

* Bluelace Agate – allows you to speak your truth

Use all of these crystals anyway you can:

* Holding onto for support

* Tucked in bras and pockets

* Place in your bath

* Layout on yourself

Anxiety layers 😞😞😞 and if left to build up it becomes overwhelming. Rigid and so dark that you may feel nothing will ever break it up. So start small, release or slough off tiny layers at a time, whenever you can.

My meditation was so helpful this morning, I don’t feel like it was any huge spiritual up rising. It was just me being shown how settled and grounded I am.

Giving me the energy and strength to help my family anyway I
