The Selenite Settle 🌟💎🌟
I treated myself to a lovely lie down meditation today. Covering myself with Selenite and other goodies.
I felt that I needed rest, settlement and reorder.
All wonders that selenite offer.

You do need to pair with other grounding crystals though. Selenite is one of the highest vibratory crystals and can literally send you sky high.
We weren’t even allowed to work with it until year 2 of my Crystal Therapy training as it’s so powerful 🤣🤣
Which is why you need lovey deep base grounding notes. Crystals like Shungite, Jet and Hematite to keep you tethered when working with this amazing crystal.

This is also why Selenite is fantastic at raising your vibrations to get in touch with your Angels.
During my meditation I could feel buzzing, realignment and a kind of clicking all back into place
Perfect! As all this house reshuffling has sent my energies a bit wayward 😯
