Life has really tested me over the last two years and for me to able to remain connected is a testament to the rituals I practice.

Sacred Mornings is my 4-week live Zoom series where we will create a crystal filled, soul-aligned morning ritual, using:

• Gentle movement and breath work
• Crystals for healing, love and abundance
• Meditation for peace and clarity
• Journaling for self-reflection
• Powerful manifestation practices
• Tethering exercises
• Smudging, Crystal Elixir or ceremonial cacao
• Group Tarot Card Reading

Each week builds on the last, so by the end, you’ll have a daily ritual that:

• Opens your heart
