A little about me and crystal.

I’m a Crystal Therapist and an Intuitive Energy Reader and have been practising for over 22 years. I found my first crystal, a Pyrite Cube, when I was only 5 and needless to say, I have been besotted ever since. I use crystals every day on myself, when I meditate, in my bra or pockets and under my pillow as I sleep. Crystals help me relax, provide inspiration and creativity, protection and grounding, courage and confidence and positive energy. I use them with my clients during crystal healing therapy treatments and have seen just what they can do time and time again.

Every crystal is unique and vibrates energetically at different frequencies and it is this vibration, when tuned and aligned to our own energies and energetic fields, that helps us to heal. Crystals work to release negative thought forms and patterns, to bring about balance emotionally, spiritually and physically, helping you to be the most perfect version of you.
