Spiritual Crystals
Crystals truly have the power to positively affect your mind, body, and Soul. Crystals were made in the earth over millions of year’s and contain the Earths energy within them. Each crystal type vibrates at a particular frequency and it is when this frequency is paired with our own energy field vibrations that changes occur. Rose Quartz
The soft, gentle hue of pale pink subtly and consistently emanates pure unconditional love. Like a silent cloud of loving energy hugging your whole being. Rose Quartz helps to provide self-love, peace, and self-esteem. It’s helps strengthen the heart and will create a loving atmosphere in your house, car or workspace. Rose Quartz helps to activate those emotions that are key to the self-healing journey such as love and respect and self-worth. It is perfect for children, or anyone who’s grieving and all matters of the heart. This piece of pure love will hold your hand whilst you deal with some of life’s challenges. It also specialises at grounding new born babies into their bodies after a stressful birth.
Amethyst
Amethyst comes from the Quartz family and is simply fantastic for blowing away the cobwebs in your mind, clearing headaches and helping with hangovers. This beauty also vibrates at a high rate which is excellent in assisting with developing your spiritual side as it can gently encourage the opening of your Brow and Crown Chakras. You can place Amethyst in your bedroom for peaceful and protective sleep. Or in your office for clarity of thoughts. Place under your pillow or next to your bed for dream recollection and protection, or place either side of the head for help with clearance of headaches.
Carnelian
This is a true Goddess crystal, filled with strong power and force with its rich shades of burnt orange. Carnelian is amazing at allowing yourself to truly reconnect with your inner power, confidence and creativity. Carnelian can assist with PMT and endometriosis greatly. If you place Carnelian in your home or workplace it will fill it with power and creativity. Place it on your body on the Sacral Chakra just below the navel to infuse yourself with true Goddess power and to assist with conception of all, from children to new ideas and to attract love.
Labradorite
This is a magical, mystical crystal with its hues of iridescent blues, golds and greens. Labradorite is from the same family as Moonstone. Sometimes known as the “illusion killer” as it helps show you reality, bringing in inner wisdom. You can call upon this high vibrational beauty when you wish to reach a higher consciousness. When holding or meditating with this amazing crystal, it feels like you can get lost in its vibrance and flashes of colours. It will also assist in the protection of you auric field. Place around the home or office for settling protective energies and allowing others to reach their true potential. Place on the body at the Throat and Brow Chakras to assist with meditation, intuition and vibrant healing.
Jasper
Jasper comes in a huge range of forms and colours including red, Polychrome, Dalmatian, Pink and Ocean Jasper to name just a few and it is one of my personal favourites. Each variety of Jasper has its own attributes and healing benefits.
As an example, Red Jasper is all about physical strength and vitality. It can help enhance endurance and stamina and can, overtime, help to increase the amount of life force in the energetic field. Red Jasper strengthens the Root Chakra and ensures connection and grounding to the Earth, whilst bringing in deep clearance and toxin removal. Whereas Cherry Blossom Jasper is cleansing, grounding and detoxing. It brings about protection and inner peace. Perfect balance with the Yin Yang colours and comforting love. It has a strong Earth Soul connection.
And Ocean Jasper is a beautiful crystal whose patterns and markings resemble the ripples in the sand and the waves of the ocean as they lap onto the beach, it can be mesmerising to look at. As it holds the energy of the ocean, this crystal is perfect for the Heart Chakra and represents love, kindness, and happiness whilst offering calm, comfort and empowerment to your Soul. Helping to release negativity, it allows a deep connection to Mother Earth. Ocean Jasper can help to relieve stress and tension and is a perfect crystal to meditate with as it can assist with cleansing medatative energies and breath work.
Moonstone
Moonstone is another crystal that comes in different variations with different healing benefits. It is beautiful crystal and one I use in everyone of my crystal healing treatments too. Moonstone is wonderful at soothing the Sacral Chakra and so all matters of the female body, including PMT and menopausal symptoms. Many women love Moonstone for its ability to balance hormonal and menstrual cycles, and assistance with stress and emotions. It’s wonderful for meditation or placement on the Sacral Chakra.
Peach moonstone helps with depression, upset, calming emotions and fertility. Along side honouring the cycles of our glorious moon. For use with the Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakras. Rainbow Moonstone nurtures the divine feminine energy, making it a wonder for working with your female powers and the energy of our moon to bring about balance and peace. This is a very soothing, calm crystal which can help your connection to the divine spirit and improve your own intuition.
