Hello wonderful people,
Sharing for me today is all about being happy and settled with what you have.
My sister was regaling a story to me yesterday evening with the words “why run before you can walk?”
And I know that it’s a common saying but something clicked when she said it, a deep resonance inside.
Which only popped up to reveal itself this morning after my ritual of Yorkshire tea and dog cuddles before I meditated.

These 6 little common words made so much sense to me, because that’s exactly what I was doing.
Although my running involved having a pesky dictator balanced precariously upon my shoulders shouting out orders whilst juggling many balls.
Strange circus act !!

But the dictator of course was me, well the bossy me that comes out once in awhile and the balls, well they were flying around my head in various disguises.

But the ones I recognised were,

A big ball of mothers guilt
( trying to keep my youngest daughter happy and entertained over the summer holidays)

A balancing act of running my existing business whilst trying to get my new venture (this blog) up and running,

And the inevitable huge lurking dark one, which hovers around my head quite often,

“Am I good enough?”

So whilst I sat in the quiet early hours of a not so special midweek morning, I allowed space to happen.
Space to allow myself to “see” what my thoughts were getting up to, whilst I was stressing elsewhere.

And it’s very often the realisation of your actions that can be so helpful in its self.
Shining a light onto your sticky stuff, rather than running away from it.

I kindly asked my circus act to get down from my shoulders, thanked them for their lesson ( everyone needs to feel loved)
Whilst I then proceeded to massage my aching neck.
Just after writing these words I looked up out of my slightly ajar patio doors to let in the midsummers morning breeze and saw a huge crisscross which filled the sky.
Now I know that aeroplanes carrying excited passengers to hot destinations make these marks in our skies, but to me I took it as a feathery kiss from the Angels and I thank them for that.

Upon re reading these words in preparation for publishing it, I noticed that I’ve written “running” many times

Confirmation indeed!

This meditation I recorded is more of a doing rather than a relaxing one.

You’ll  probably find that with many of them, for when I work as a Crystal Therapist my treatments are very often full on, resulting in deep clearance and transformation.

Not sleeping or escapism.

The crystals I would recommend for this med are Clear Quartz, the master crystal.

Excels in harnessing clarity and direction of thoughts.

I would also use Smokey Quartz here too, a true work horse at clearing heavy negativity.

Get outside as much as you can.
Lammas is here which means we are half way through our summer now and the next is filled with nature being very busy in preparation for autumn.
You may have even noticed  that the leaves are beginning to turn, just at the edges and there’s a feeling of change all around.
If you wish to utilise this abundance of energy and growth, Lammas time helps us venture into new projects, remain open to  times of change with great gratitude for the rich harvest we shall receive.
