Meditation 365 Challenge – day 17 of my challenge to meditate every day for a whole year and write / blog about my experiences

Buzzing 🌟✨⚡️💥

Me and my lovely friend @jenni4chadwick went to Three Shires head again today for a wonderful freezing wild swim in the mermaid pool.

It was so special.

We left very early this morning and nature treated us to some stunning sights on the way.

A wise snowy owl was gazing directly at us whilst we drove by huge drifts of snow.

We saw a magnificent heron taking an early morning dip, probably getting his breakfast.

Then we spotted pheasants, both male and female, strutting their stuff along the path.

Such magical treats for the eyes and the Soul that we both witnessed, filling our grateful boots up even more.

All that wonder before we had even bathed in the freezing waters.

We both took some of our crystals with us, the ones which asked to come ☺️

Mine practically shouted at me to take them as I was getting ready to go.

I’m not surprised in the slightest that they have also become hooked. Just like my beautiful mermaids friends and I have.

In love with the sensations and utter exhilaration that your mind and body feel when plunged into freezing waters.

Me and Jen were buzzing so much we even de robed the wetsuits. We took a dip in the extreme cold waters of the running stream without their protection!

Just so amazing to experience.

Once home after clambering back into a very warm snozy bed for breakfast with Chris and the dogs, I sat and meditated with my crystals. They had had a glorious cleanse in that water.

Once more, instantly,  my mind body and Soul was transported back to the rush or the white waters at Three Shires Head.

Just the most perfect way to start a Sunday!! #sunday #openwaterswimming #numbtoes #frozenbuttcheeks
