Meditation 365 Challenge – day 19 of my challenge to meditate every day for a whole year and write / blog about my experiences
Day 19….. Snow!! #snowday #soggydoggies #gratitude
Oh how I love snow!
Especially the thick flakes which I was mesmerised by this morning as they tumbled out of the heavy bruised sky.
Normally I would close my eyes whilst meditating. Today I just couldn’t take them off the hypnotic flow of falling snow.
I chose to re-visit the use of my Red Spinal once more today to meditate.
It had been outside since I last used it with its buddy, Snow White Calcite (appropriately named today).
They felt utterly amazing as I held them. The fresh fall of snow had treated them too.
These crystals are grown in our Earth. They truly treasure being outside in all elements, cleansing and charging like this.
The formation of these beauties is also so interesting. They naturally grow in a cube type shape and as I connected with them I could literally feel direct, angular energy rushing through my body.
It was busying it’s way around my system, unlocking stuff and stacking everything into order.
Just so amazing. I never tire of letting the crystals teach me what they are capable off.
Miracles I tell you!
My thoughts kept flowing back to a member of my family during this meditation.
They have been struggling with low stuff and anxiety. I could feel their pain so clearly when I thought of them.
This lead me to send Energy their way. It was so clear and precise. Iit felt like they were right with me having a cleansing crystal treatment, instead of being miles away.
I just know that this would have helped them.
I could see darkness lifting from them and their Chakras falling back into alignment.
Well I’m feeling so connected and filled with energy at the moment it would be rude not to share ☺️
I am so very grateful for all of this wonder, and all for just 15 minutes of meditation a day !
How cool is that?
