Meditation 365 Challenge – Day 4 of my Crystal Meditation Blog

I knew today’s meditation would be different, as it feels like all I’ve done over the last few days is clearance.

Possibly because that’s all my physical body could do at first. No deep and meaningful meditations for me just yet. That’s what happens when you over indulge ☺️

The balanced and consistent energy of crystal just seems to hone in on unbalance or blocks. It surrounds them and raises the vibration, which then blasts the blocks away, simple as that.

So thanks to the time spent on my floor with my magical and mysterious beauties.

I now feel lighter, freer and ready for whatever’s next.

Expansion…

Before I even sat down to meditate this morning I found myself tuning whilst sipping on my cuppa (decaf today).

Suddenly I felt a huge rush of energy hit me straight on. I wasn’t entirely sure if this was positive or otherwise. What was acutely apparent though, was that instantaneously my energy fields all around my body lit up like a laser of pure protection.

It was just amazing!

So whilst I meditated, my energy just kept on expanding and exploring. It was reliving the unbelievable experience I had yesterday.

I went wild water swimming at a local beauty spot called The Three Shires which is a glorious part of the country where the counties of Cheshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire all meet. It was the most magical and exhilarating time I’ve ever spent in freezing waters.

So clearing for the body and pure food for the Soul.

I could feel myself reacting, opening up and filling with love, light and positivity. The more I recalled the rush of the cold and bubbly waters rushing over the smooth rocks and gushing into the mermaids pool below.

We were in the most beautiful place, experiencing something amazing, surrounded by nature and bemused sheep!

Our minds, bodies and Souls react to the stories we tell them. So this morning I recalled a great one and I could feel my body expanding and loving the experience all over again.
