Show and Tell
Good morning to all you beautiful people, I hope that you are just about surviving this ever so silly season.
Yep Christmas is a biggy!
So this is the main reason that I wanted to write and record this meditation for you all, my gift to you of pure peace and tranquility, to pierce through the hectic and very often heavy energies that demand and hover this time of year.
So as far as seasons go Autumn has just about finished her show and what a spectacle!
I feel that she has pulled out all the stops and just blasted us with the most vibrant and vivid shades of this burnt golden delight.
Yet now she knows that her time in the spot light is done, as wise old Winter is waiting at the side lines about to take centre stage.
Winter Solstice is tomorrow the 21st December 2016, the great reveal and the day when the sun is up for the shortest time.
As the door gently closes on Autumn, it widely expands for Winter, for this is the season of letting go, ridding the branches of the final few leaves and baring all for what ever this freezing season throws at us.
Winter is a great time to reflect, hunker down and pause, for all has been released and cleared through Autumn and now Winter is about patience, and a peaceful inner knowing that Spring will return and with it new growth, vitality and life.
Crystals
As its in the title I feel its only fitting to use Smokey Quartz for this cleansing meditation.
This is the crystal for letting go, the only one that acts like a magnificent sponge and draws masses of negativity and heavy dark energy from very single part of your being!
Just as the oak trees release their last remaining leaves for they know they must do this to rid themselves of any toxins that cling to the leaves and to nourish the ground on which they fall, all in preparation for the Springs new growth.
Use as much as you can get hold of, for this beautiful crystal is a work horse and will serve you well.
