Hello to all you beautiful people,
This latest recorded blog and meditation is all about the solar plexus chakra which is right in the middle of our bodies.
The words “solar” means sun and “plexus” means intricate network or arrangement, so we literally have the suns power radiating in our bellies but boy do we abuse it!
For chakras are energy filters, networks of intricacies which assist us in the gathering and clearing of energy.
For example when you walk into a crowded room full of people you don’t know, your chakras are working over time filtering and down loading energy which is being emitted from the room, the people, the environment etc.
Your whole energetic system is working hard at assessing whether these people or this situation is hostile or friendly.
Are you safe?
Should you be guarded?
Does anyone resonate with you ?
I.e. Vibrate at the same frequency?
These are all factors which allow energy to buzz around your body in every single moment and interaction of your life.
Whether you choose to acknowledge this or not it’s factual not fantasy.
Now the solar plexus is the master of picking up energy, for this golden ball of light is a very sensitive beast and a deep absorber of “stuff”
One which gets constantly barraged with emotional information from all around, even hijacked by others so they can control or offload their crap onto you!
It is so very important to keep this chakra clear and in perfect working order.
For if you have your own stuff or others constantly wedged into the blades of your fan, it will not work properly and possibly blow a fuse or worse!
Hence this meditation.
For this chakra will serve you well if looked after, it’s massive capacity to hold information will be invaluable to you.
It will allow you to truly feel and process your own emotions, have a deep understanding of who you are without the pesky additions of other people’s crap overwhelming and blocking your true light.
This is such an important meditation of clearance and guidance that I believe everyone should try.
For the beginnings of anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed all stem from the fullness and blocks within this chakra.
Crystals

Citrine
This golden wonder blasts away debris here like dynamite, whilst gently soothing the filaments of the chakra.
It’s a crystal full of joy and light which assists in abundance and prosperity.
For everything is flow, and if you empty out your energy centres or bowls of light you are able to receive.

This deep purple power house is related to its citrine cousin as they’re from the family of Quartz.

Golden Calcite
This crystal is also so very perfect for the Solar Plexus, as it is amazing at unlocking deep rooted blocked emotions.
It’s cuboid structure seems to break down the harsh stone walls that we are all so very good at building up within ourselves, but it does this with care and finesse.
