Meditation 365 challenge – Day 10
Day 10 of my challenge to meditate every day for a whole year and write / blog about my experience
Absolutely amazing!!
Those are the two words that sum up how I’m feeling this evening.
I have been on another wild water swim today and wow, it was wild indeed.
The water fall was so much more powerful than last week and the rush was just thrilling.
We could hardly swim towards the falls due to the ferocity of the white waters, utterly exhilarating.
Before we all jumped into the freezing mermaids pool I wanted to gift this beautiful body of water a crystal, so I threw in a lovely chunk of Madagascan Rose Quartz.
Knowing that this stunning crystal would not just enjoy the magnificent natural flow. It would constantly emit unconditional love into the pool for us all to enjoy💗.
I also took my Smokey Quartz Laser and it’s matching Clear Quartz Twin as I wanted to treat them to a wonderous cleanse and recharge.
Well they obviously enjoyed the waters as much as I did. When I meditated with them this evening my hands were vibrating from the power that was gushing from them.
Their buzzing energy was merging with my own during the meditation because.
At one point I couldn’t tell the difference between my high flying energy and the power of the crystals in my hands. It all felt the same and was just so stimulating.
I could then feel a huge rush of gratitude and deep love pouring from my Heart Chakra.
Hoping that I could let go and send that out to any one that my need it.
What an absolutely amazing end to a fabulous day, and who’d have thought you could feel so much on a bleak January day.#openwaterswimming #mermaid
