Meditation 365 Challenge – Day 7…

Yay, it’s day 7 of my challenge to meditate every day for a whole year and write / blog about my experience

I’ve hit 10 days straight of meditating every morning. I actually started on New Year’s Day, corny but true, and feel very connected, settled and a little smug.

The benefits I’m picking up on so far are:

A deeper presence of belonging 

Feeling very peaceful 

Calmer 

Clearer 

Brighter 

During my meditation I usually feel all of the above at varying times. I’ve also started to notice that these effects are blending, overflowing more into my day and not just when I meditate.

And one of the most powerful and positive advantages is that I feel very connected to my higher or authentic self.

She’s the most amazing version of me who will always have my back and love me unconditionally without judgement or agenda.

When you have a great dual relationship with your Authentic Self you know your own mind, body and Soul.

You have wonderful inner strength and power. With a great stable base, meaning that you’re less likely to rely upon others or things to stabilise you.

This is so empowering.

I’m truly grateful for this connection of mine strengthening daily the more I top myself up with meditative loveliness.

I’m just loving this journey ❤️
