Show and Tell
I wrote and recorded this meditation for all the children out there that have returned to school this week.
It can be a scary and exciting time for them, and for us parents witnessing them going through this, so even more need to ground and settle.
I have worked with many children, helping them to release all that negative energy that they are so good at vacuuming up.
Filling their tiny energy systems with doubt, fear and worry, when they should be bubbling over with joy, sunlight and love.
Allow your childs flexible mind to shake off the confinements of negativity which stems growth and imagination.
With this meditation they will be flushed with vibrant energy and love and most importantly they will learn to be able to do this for themselves, being energy responsible.
For absolutely everything we do in this life, whether that’s thought or action comes with an energy exchange.
Teach them and yourself to be responsible for what we give out and receive.
You may want to sit or lie down with your child whilst listening to this meditation, its perfect just before bedtime.
Even though its for children, this meditation is also perfect for us adults to reconnect with our inner child.
The crystals I would recommend to hold are :
Of course it has to be this one, as Rose Quartz is “the” crystal for children and inner child work.
Its beautiful pink hue is transfixing, whilst the energy it gives out, calmly and consistently, is pure unconditional love.
Just like a huge hug of your mum!
Don’t just use one piece, go all out, surround yourselves with its power.
Rose Quartz may be a common crystal but boy does it smooth out our edges, whilst quietly filling us with love.
Affirmation for the week ahead
“I am safe and I am ok, always”
As an intuitive energy reader I literally “see” my clients atoms and molecules in their bodies change when these words are said.
A cocoon of fear is released, leaving an expansion of light in their cells for growth and renewal.
Allow these eight small words to transform yours and your childs life, by whispering in their ears or shouting from the roof tops.
Then encourage them to repeat these words to themselves.
We all know exactly how negative words make us feel and stops our growth, so let’s shower them and us with inspiration and love instead.
Honour, feed and love that inner child within you.
Laugh out loud, do silly carefree things, dance and spin.
Spending a day, or just an hour with your mini me will be one of the most rewarding gifts you could ever receive.
